We cracked open a fresh Amazon Mystery Box here in Hot Springs today, and while it wasn't the biggest haul we've ever seen, there were some legitimately useful items tucked inside. Nine total pieces, around $96.94 in estimated retail value. Let's talk about what stood out.

Okay, this made us smile. A brand-new Flybar Pogo Trick Ball for Kids — the green one, for boys and girls ages 6 and up — sitting right on top. At $23.00 retail, it's the kind of toy that disappears fast when parents spot it on the shelf. Great yard toy, solid find.

Right behind it in terms of "huh, that's actually really useful" energy: the AdirPro Wireless Outdoor Rain Gauge Glass Tube, Measuring Glass Rain Water Meter with Mounting Bracket, Garden Décor with 11-Inch Capacity (Black). It's a legit garden accessory with a mounting bracket, 11-inch capacity, and a clean look. $20.00 retail, brand new in box.

Then there were four — yes, four — Anti-Sag Gate Cable Kits at $9.99 each. That's nearly $40 in fence hardware right there. If you've got a sagging gate situation (and plenty of folks around here do), these are a legitimately great grab.

We also pulled two Plackers Micro Mint Floss Picks 160 Count packs at $4.49 each — nothing glamorous, but 160-count floss picks are always useful, and they'll move quickly. Plus one bin-labeled item heading straight to our store bins.
